What is Sprint Cutting?
Sprint Cutting offers the most comprehensive ‘state of the art’ cutting services available in Western Australia providing fibre laser and waterjet cutting options.
We have recently purchased a fibre laser machine, the best in it’s class worldwide. This state of the art machine allows sheet metal with a dimension of up 6500mm x 2000mm to be processed quickly, economically and with unmatched accuracy and efficiency.
As this machine uses a fibre laser and not CO2 Sprint Cutting is able to offer the ultimate in flexibility cutting both ferrous and non-ferrous metals including brass and copper.
A 5-axis waterjet cutter is finally a reality and is also now available at Sprint Cutting. In addition to the X (back/forth), Y (left/right) and Z (up /down) axis, this technology has an additional A-axis (angle from perpendicular) and an additional C-axis (rotation around the Z-axis) providing the ultimate flexibility and accuracy. Our waterjet machine will cut various shapes including cones from flat sheets, drill holes into tubes as well as producing ribbed or bevelled edges.
